Our experience has shown that most issues require a simple fix and when done so can avoid larger more costly maintenance issues and keep the property in a better condition.

As the tenant of the property you are responsible to report any maintenance issues relating to the property and where an issue becomes a larger problem through not reporting it you can be liable for the cost of these damages.

Where issues such as,

• A toilet not flushing
• Fix to stop a leak
• Sealing around the bath
• Repairs to door locks and handles
• Unblocking of the sink
• Heating Controls
• Tightening a loose kitchen cupboard door

If issues are not reported we find they can be come greater and more costly to repair.

Report any Maintenance Issues to

Important Note
Do not leave it until late Friday to report an issue that happened Monday as we may not be able to attend until the following week. If the issue requires immediate attention outside of our usual working hours and could have been dealt with prior you may be liable for any additional costs incurred.
