1. Registering an Interest

Please call our office and provide us your details on what you are looking for, you can do this via online portals also.

2. Choosing a Property

Once you have chosen a property you are interested in, you can either contact us through rightmove using the link on the desired property, or call us and we can arrange this for you.

3. Securing the property

If you feel the property is everything you would like and more, your next step would be to fill out our online application form. This can be found at the top of this page. Once we receive your application form we will review all applications and aim to reply within 5 Working days.

4. Successful Application

On becoming successful we would require a holding deposit which is equivalent to 1 weeks rent, Photo Id and a utility bill. Once we have received this information the property will be marked as Let Agreed. On receipt of your holding deposit we will send you a successful application form which explains the next steps. An email confirmation of receipt of this is will be required from yourself.

5. Application Process

We will complete all credit references online via rent4sure, and update you of the outcome.

6. Before Moving

Will will arrange a moving date with you and also provide a breakdown of costs via email that are due the day before moving day. We will also sent your contract via email using Esign. Once you have signed this document it automatically comes back to us as signed. Nothing more to be done!

7. Moving Day

Keys will be released once monies Contract received.

The Rent

Rent payments are made in advance of the 1st of each month, we advise all tenants to set up a standing order allowing adequate time for any delays between banks to ensure payments are received on or before the 1st of each month.

Your first months rent payment will be charged from the start of your tenancy up to the end of that month.

i.e ( Rent £750.00 start date of 5th with 20 days remain until the end of the month equals £616.44)
After the 15th of the month we request the following month be paid in addition to the balance of the 1st month due.
