Detailed Inventories
Prior to your tenant moving in “Farringtons” will have prepared a detailed inventory of the property.
This document is to record the condition of the property at the start of their agreement. The tenants will be given 7 days from receipt of the inventory to check this and advise us of any amendments.
This document is as important as the tenancy agreement itself and will be used as a reference during their tenancy and on the final inspection of the property after they have vacated.
Inspection/Services
Our maintenance team leader is also our inspector. This provides us the ability to carry out any minor repairs and Provide any quotations that are required whilst we are at the property.
Having this benefit also reduces the disruption to our tenants. If any issues can be resolved this would eliminate the need to book another appointment.
